  4. I worked with Becky for five years and we became very good friends. I left due to my husband in the military and we kept in contact all the time…..we would take turns calling each other every three months. So sad that she is gone but thank goodness I had her friendship for so many years. I went to visit her in December 2021 and so glad that I did..Going to miss our conversations.💞💞💞💞 Kaye Renaud

  5. Becky was more than a secretary for the St. Mary’s County Sheriffs Office, she was the life of of our department for 34 years. Becky was such a kind and considerate guide who graciously helped every new Deputy. She was our mentor in administrative process and certainly made us follow that flow. If you didn’t tow the line of her procedures well, she would gently remind you what was expected and tell you to try again. For 22 years she mentored me and many others with kindness. Myself and so many of my police family were blessed to have her. I and many others were blessed with her friendship many years after our retirement. RIP wonderful lady.

  6. Ruth Joy Coombs / Betty Joy Thomas says:

Tony & Sheri, Karen & Troy and all of Becky’s Family: We send our most heartfelt thoughts and prayers during this time of loss. We are so grateful to have known Becky and so fortunate to have lived as neighbors of Becky & Billy for more than 50 years. Our hearts will always hold the memory of her generous personality, her beautiful smile and her quiet wit. Loveville has lost a beautiful soul. God’s gift to us is her lasting memory!

  7. I have not taken the opportunity to say anything on Facebook, because this one is hard. I had Becky in my life longer than I had my dad. A constant person from day one who never let me feel like I was not important to her or Billy. We have been texting the past couple years and Ana and I got to spend time with her last year when I was home; I did not know that would be the last time I would get to hug Becky. Becky has been my mom’s best friend since I can remember. We have good, bad, funny and sad memories. I told Karen the other day I want to her say “Oh Sh**” one more time. It always struck me funny as a kid and still as an adult. I will miss her random texts and I am sorry I am not there for Tony, Karen and the kids. She loved all of you so much. Love you Becky Norris and you will forever be in heart.

  8. Dear family, Becky went to school with my husband, Phil. I will always remember Becky as such an up beat positive person. She was such a kind lady. Always had something encouraging to say! She will be missed! RIP sweet Becky!
