The family will receive friends on Friday, February 19, 2010 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home, Leonardtown, MD where prayers will be said at 7:00 PM.
Visitation:
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2010 at 10:00 AM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home, Leonardtown, MD with Deacon Joe Lloyd officiating. Interment will follow in Charles Memorial Gardens, Leonardtown, MD. A reception follow immediately after the interment at Faith Bible Church (off of rte. 235) 25325 Three Notch Road, Mechanicsville, MD 20659.
Robert Michael Ammann, Sr., 65 of Lothian, MD died on February 16, 2010 at Southern Maryland Hospital Center. Born February 3, 1945 in Cheverly, MD, he was the son of the late Clyde Ellsworth and Ada Veronica Bealle Ammann. He is survived by his sons Robert Jr. of Haymarket, VA, Richard of Waldorf, MD and Jeffrey of Baltimore, MD as well as five grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings; Alma Wilde, Patti Shelton, Diane Ammann, Joseph Ammann, Al Ammann and Cindy Osterman. Robert was a Heating and Air Conditioning Mechanic for W.B. Maske for 35 years. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 19, 2010 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home, Leonardtown, MD where prayers will be said at 7:00 PM. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home on Saturday, February 20th at 10:00 AM with Deacon Joseph Lloyd officiating. Interment will follow in Charles Memorial Gardens, Leonardtown, MD.
