It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ryan Edward Cook, who left us on December 27, 2025, at the age of 51. Born on May 14, 1974, in Maryland, Ryan grew up embracing the great outdoors, where his love for nature and fishing became enduring passions. A dedicated soul with a big heart, he channeled his compassion into advocating for others, always striving to uplift those around him.
Ryan approached his work with the same dedication he brought to his interpersonal relationships, treating everyone with respect and kindness. His life, rich with adventures and quiet moments of reflection, will be remembered for the profound impact he had on his loved ones.
In reflecting on his life, we remember Ryan as a steadfast friend, a loving brother, and a man whose laughter could brighten the darkest of days. His legacy will live on in the hearts of those he touched, reminding us of the beauty found in everyday moments.

Ryan is survived by his sisters Diana Lynn Norris, Cheryl Rae Cook, niece Danielle Marie Burke, godson Brendan Alexander Newman and longtime girlfriend Donna Lynn D'Amico. He is preceded in death by: Raymond Cook and Karen Freeman.
A memorial service honoring Ryan's life will be held at a later date.

I had almost 6 years of many memories with Ryan. He was my sunrise and sunset. He opened my eyes to a whole new world and made me a better person. He loved me unconditionally. I loved him then and I love him still. I always have and always will.
