Stephen Raley Garner, Sr.

Stephen Garner, a resident of Bushwood, Maryland, passed away on October 20, 2026, at the age of 67. Born on January 1, 1959, Stephen lived a life defined by hard work and creativity.
A master of his craft, Stephen spent many years working as a skilled carpenter and woodworker. He had a natural gift for shaping raw wood into beautiful, lasting structures, leaving a tangible legacy of his talent in the community.

When he wasn’t working with his hands, Stephen was channeling his creativity into music. An avid bass guitar player, he found great joy in the rhythm and melodies of his favorite songs, a passion that brought vibrant energy to his life.

Stephen was a loving and devoted father and husband; he proceeded his wife in death, Tammy of 45 years, his parents as well as their angel babies – Stephen Levi + John Raley along with his parents, John Raley Garner & Anne Garner (Latham).

He is survived by his three children; Stephen (Ashley), Samantha(Tony), Mark, and his cherished grandchild, Dante – who brought immense happiness to his later years. He is also survived by his brother, Dennis, and sister, Pamela, who loved him deeply; along with his friends who will miss him dearly
