Terrence O'Reilly Keating, 88, of California MD, Passed away in Callaway MD on July 29th, 2022. Terrence was born on February 12,1934 in Washington, D.C., to the Late John Bruce Keating, and Mary Ann Barks.
The Family will receive friends on Monday August 1st, 2022 from 4:00pm - 5:00pm at the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home, Leonardtown, MD. A Funeral Service will be held at 5:00pm in the funeral home chapel with Christopher Shea officiating. Interment will be held at Washington National Cemetery at a later date.

Terry was my best friend and the best man that I ever knew. We used to call each other every Saturday, I will be missing him. Rest in peace friend.
Terrance was my cousin, 11 years older than me. I did not know him while growing up. I remember first meeting him as I was young child at our grandmother Barkes house after he was out of the service. Later as an adult even though we lived several states apart, we often spoke on the phone. He was a wonderful Christian man who has gone home to Heaven. His nieces, whom I have never met, took wonderful care of him. I thank them for that. His mother, my Aunt Mary Ann, my mother’s sister, is the only one who called me “Mary Kathryn” all my life. Everyone else calls me Katie.
