Hearing the news of Tom’s passing was a shock.
I’m so sorry to know that he is gone from this lifetime.
I know that he lives on in your memories of him with love and respect.
His personal contact with so many through his work made him known throughout communities in every surrounding county, starting when he was still in High School. He served his country in the National Guard alongside many of his contemporaries from St. Mary’s County. I know his absence will be felt dearly by so many, especially his wife, sister Lynn and brother Robbie. The Cross family remained dear in my heart until this day. Many he rest in peace.

Prayers to The Cross family, May The lord Bless you during this difficult time and may you always feel Tommy’s Love and comfort knowing he is at rest with the Lord in eternal life! Thanks Tommy for the many hair cuts and conversations while cutting my hair and also getting to know your father which it all started from the booster seat to to meeting you in school and than you cutting my hair and tips on how to keep the deer out of the garden taking some hair clippings home and stringing them around the garden, and the smell of that cigar that reminded me of my Dad in the Day taking me to the Barber shop 😊 May you rest in peace Tommy 🙏 Jeff Guy Kent County Md
I met Tom years ago through his mom and dad. Tom Sr. Cut my hair. I also performed service and installation of their HVAC Systems. Tom Sr. & Mary Cross were great parents of Tom Jr. Who also cut my hair after his dad’s passing. Tom Jr. & I had great conversations about the US Constitution and the 2hd amendment. I now live in Clover South Carolina. God Bless his family ✝️🙏🇺🇲
Lynn & Vicki – I am so sorry for you two to lose Tom. I saw the obit by accident. You had said that his health was not the best but isn’t that true for so many of us. His passing causes me to take a memory trip back – back to the little house on the cliff to the bigger house down the road to the new house on the corner lot and everything in between – lots of days at Clark’s Landing and your mother’s chocolate walnut cake and homemade vegetable soup. I’ve always hoped that you all enjoyed those times as much as I did. Take care and cling to each other as you join the families shrinking in size.
