  4. Dearest Lynn, Tom and Robby, Paul and family,
Seeing such a familiar name in the obituaries today is sad, and I want to convey my sincerest condolences to each of you.
I never realized that your father was from such a large family.
My father was also from a very large family, I miss him and all the family gathersings we enjoyed so very much growing up there in St. Mary’s County. Your father was wise in his decision to stay in such a beautiful place and live and raise a family after his service to his country in the U.S. Navy. Many of the military people who have served at Patuxant River find it hard to leave once they have experienced life in Southern Maryland. We were all lucky to have been born and raised there. I miss it.
Like my father, your father’s name was and is widely known in Leonardtown and Hollywood, where they lived and worked for some many years. Both good men who provided for their families and who were productive members of their communities. Men of their generation are nearly all passed on now, but certainly they will never be forgotten by us.
God bless your Dad and your Mom, who are together again I am sure.
    Sincerely,
    Pat

  5. I was very fond of Tom as my husband, George, always had his hair cut there, as well as my son, George, who got his first hair cut from Tom. He was a mainstay at the barber shop in L’Town and always had a smile for all his customers. I will remember him fondly.
