“Steve, my friend and co-worker; My sympathies to you and your family. The only meaningful encouragement and comfort I can offer is that of what the God Himself has told us: “Brothers, we do not want you to be ignorant about those who fall asleep, or to grieve like the rest of men, who have no hope. We believe that Jesus died and rose again and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. According to the Lord’s own word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left till the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.” Death is not the end, but a glorious new begining for those who are His.”

“Ms Irene and family, you may have heard my name mentinoned over the last 34 years.I went to GMHS with Tom and became friends with him, Jesse Clark and David Briscoe. We did not have the opportunity to talk many years until the last few.I am so glad now that I was fortunate enough to know him and rekindle our friendship in the last few years before God called him home. It was great to re-unite with someone from the “Good Old Days” as well as a great guy and a great friend. Tom and I saw one another frequently or at the least, passed each other on the road always with a smile, a wave, and of course his cigar. Tom and I had been making plans recently to start detailing motorcycles and attend shows. And now, I can’t beleive he’s gone. This is the biggest shock I have ever endured. Not too many people today greet you with a smile and something nice to say as Tom did, Every Day!I will greatly miss him and think of him every time I ride to Piney Point boat ramp where he and I used to sit and talk about life and motorcycles. Some day I will meet with you again my brother.Until then, detail all of the Angels Wings and Halo’s, since God picked you, as you are a perfectionist !”
“Dear Ms. Irene & Family, Our deepest sympathy goes out to all of you with the loss of such a wonderful person “JR”. We all know that God has something very special for JR to do and he will forever be with watching, protecting and looking over each of you. Mama Irene, he loved you with all of his heart and soul. So thank God for memories, just close you eyes and remember all of those good times together. Until you all meet again in heaven, sharing everlasting good time.
