Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, March 16, 2006 at 10:00 AM in St. George's Catholic Church, Valley Lee, MD with Father Mark Ervin officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation: Viewing/Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 15, 2006 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home, with Prayers being said at 7:00 PM Timothy "Timmy" Cobbs, 21 of Piney Point, MD died March 11, 2006 in Washington Hospital Center. Born August 23, 1984 in Ft. Lewis, WA he was the son of Charles Walter and Vicki Jo Cobbs of Piney Point, MD. He is survived by his siblings: Thomas B. Cobbs of Piney Point, MD, Jamie R. Cobbs and Joshua Cobbs both of Sioux City, Iowa and grandmother: Mary A. Cobbs of Piney Point, MD. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Walter H. Cobbs and Kieth Chamley. Mr. Cobbs was a life long St. Mary's County resident and was a graduate of Great Mills High School Class of 2003. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 15, 2006 from 5:00 â?? 8:00 PM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home, where Prayers will be said at 7:00 PM.
