A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, March 3, 2014 at 7:00PM in the Lexington Park Baptist Church, with Pastor Mark Garrett officiating. Interment will be private.
Vicki M. Harlow, 59, of Lexington Park, MD passed away on February 9, 2014 in Lexington Park, MD. Born on September 11, 1954 in Missouri, she was the loving daughter of John Harold and Cora Algar. Vicki was the loving wife of Chris Harlow, whom she married on June 21, 1975 in San Pedro, CA. Vicki is survived her siblings; Robert Algar and Cora Izarrara. She graduated from Gallaudet University with a Bachelors of Science in 2000. Vicki was a good person, neighbor, and loved helping people. She belonged to the American Radio Relay League, Lexington Park Amateur Radio Club, REACT (Radio Emergency Association Citizens Team) on CB radio, and provided help and relief to military families in crisis.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, March 3, 2014 at 7:00PM in the Lexington Park Baptist Church with Pastor Mark Garrett officiating. Interment will be private. Contributions may be made to ARRL (American Radio Relay League) 225 Main Street Newington, CT 06111.
