Virginia Mary Perkins, 84, the daughter of William Billy Lawrence and Ada Mills was born October 2, 1929 in Dameron, Maryland; she departed this life on June 21, 2014. Virginia Mary attended Little Flower Catholic School in Callaway, MD then moved to Baltimore, MD., where she met her first husband Ennels Lawrence (now Deceased) they had 2 Sons Ronnie and Jr., she then moved to Washington, DC where she met second husband Daniel Perkins (now deceased). They had 7 daughters and 2 Sons Mary (Sugar Pie) Odessa (Sista), Juanita, Jackie, Doretha, Katana, Connie, Donnell, and Venari (Bubbie). Virginia Mary Perkins was a house wife and a nurturing mother; those how had an opportunity to know her will remember her as a warm, loving, and generous women. She was a strong-willed woman who made time for others; she was cherished and loved by her family and friends Virginia Mary’s past time was spent at one point and time ushering at Mt. Zion Methodist Church, watching the stories, playing cards, going to the slots (she was lucky too) and spending time with her family.
