Wesley Leonard "Sam" Morris

Wesley Leonard Morris, “Sam”, 47, of Avenue, MD, passed away on January 21, 2026, in Leonardtown, MD. Born on May 4, 1978, in Leonardtown, MD, he was the son of the late Shirley and Charlie Morris. Sam is survived by his children, Justin, Ashleigh, Andre, and Austin, and his siblings, Dottie, Ricky, and CB. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Donna. Sam was a lifelong St. Mary’s County, MD, resident. He was a waterman who loved everything fast--- boats, motorcycles, cars, and lawn mowers; the faster the better! Sam had a kind, gentle, spirit, and a soft spot for animals, especially his dog, Harley. He was a devoted son to his mother and will be missed by all who knew him. All services will be private.
